    About Us

    The St. Michaels Community Center provides the community at large with programs and activities for all ages with a mission to serve, empower, and connect the community.

    The Community Center’s food distribution services help to provide meals for neighbors experiencing poverty, homebound and other senior citizens, those with disabilities, and families in emergencies. The service area begins at the Oak Creek Bridge in Royal Oak and continues down to Tilghman Island, with more than 2,500 meals weekly meals provided through the Community Center’s Café and Pantry.

    Donations to the St. Michaels Community Center’s annual fund and proceeds from its Treasure Cove Thrift Shop, located on Railroad Ave. in St. Michaels, help provide essential human services, programs, and community events for people in St. Michaels and from throughout Maryland’s Bay Hundred area, with more at www.stmichaelscc.org.

    Renovations of SMCC’s Railroad Avenue building are wrapping up in 2024, with more about the transformation, including new programming, at www.stmichaelscc.org/future.
